Panelok does not sell the buildings directly to customers. Panelok appoints builders to be Panelok Distributors, and these builders (working as Panelok Distributors) work with their customers to design the homes in accord with the customer requirements.

2The Panelok Distributor orders the building from Panelok, and our factory manufactures and organizes the delivery of the Flat Pack home to the building site for the builder to assemble to lock up. The builder then supplies and installs the finishes as they would in traditional construction - such as cabinetry, tiles, floor coverings, paint and render etc in accord with the home-owners selections. Noting that the finishes schedule can be ordered earlier given the tolerances maintained.

Quick Cost tool (QCT)
the Distributor can use the QCT to accurately price any home or town house plan in less than twenty minutes – this gives the Distributor the Flat Pack cost of the home or town house from Panelok; we suggest they put at least a 20% margin on this price in normal times. The distributor can also input their own labour rates into the QCT, and it will also provide a separate price the distributor would charge their client to LockUp stage. This tool saves the Distributor significant time and effort and ensure fast response times to client's enquiries.

Drafting software
we provide 3D drafting software that includes Panelok 3D library of components enabling the Distributor to draft homes and buildings very quickly. Construction drawings can now be produced in a couple of hours instead of taking most of a week.

Purchase Orders
Once the drafting is complete the software exports a csv file which is a detailed list of all components in the project down to the last screw. Panelok has systems to use the CSV file from the drawings to accurately produce all purchase orders for all materials; and do so within half an hour – a job which originally took days
